  • Can private landlords advertise rental property on online portals like rightmove, letmatch and primelocation? No they can't, but they can instruct us to do it for them. You can find out more about our landlord rental advertising services here.
  • Can I do a tenant and or guarantor credit or reference check with you even if I did not advertise through you? Yes, of course, simply sign into your free account and start a new credit/reference check. You can find out more about our credit checks and referencing services here.
  • Can you provide rent guarantee insurance, even if I did not advertise through you? Yes, of course, but only before you sign a tenancy. Your prospective tenant will need to successfully complete a credit or reference check and select the rent guarantee option. Just sign into your free account to begin a new tenant check.   • Can Visum help with tenant eviction, section 21 and section 8 notices, court paperwork? Yes, of course. We all know how painful and stressful this process is, we are here to help and we will not be beaten on price, quality, service or speed. Find our more about our tenant eviction help here.
  • Where can I download my free tenancy agreement / tenancy pack?   • Do you store credit card information or bill you automatically? No! We do NOT store your credit card information or carry out any automated billing.
  • Why do you need my phone number and email address? Tenants will contact us to enquire about a property, and we must be able to give your details to them as well as getting their details for you in order to make sure you are able to contact each other.
