- Can private landlords advertise rental property on online portals like rightmove, letmatch and primelocation?

- Can I do a tenant and or guarantor credit or reference check with you even if I did not advertise through you?

- Can you provide rent guarantee insurance, even if I did not advertise through you?
Yes, of course, but only before you sign a tenancy. Your prospective tenant will need to successfully complete a credit or reference check and select the rent guarantee option. Just sign into your
