We have tried to make the process of getting a tenant reference (and getting optional extras like rent guarantee insurance) as simple as possible.

You can even get a reference and rent guarantee insurance if you have not used us to advertise your property.

Firstly you need to click the blue 'Start a reference' button below this text. If you are not logged in then you will be taken to a page where you can sign into your account (or create an account if you don't already have one). Once you've signed in, clicking the button will take you to a page to enter the details for the reference.

Once there you will confirm the property address, the tenancy start date and the rental amount. On the next page you enter the tenant(s) contact details, click a button and that's it! It's easier and quicker than having a hot bath! We then do everything else and come back to you with a full report on your tenant so you can make an informed decision on whether to let to them or not.
