Unlike other people offering this kind of service, such as your local letting agency or certain other websites, we do NOT try to tie you into further costs or service obligations. You simply advertise
your property with us and we put interested enquirers in touch with you. What happens after that is entirely up to you. You choose who to view with, who to accept
as your tenant, and how much to charge them. If you want us to then we can help you with these decisions by providing supplementary services such as credit checks and references, but
use of these extra services is entirely at your discretion.
Outside of tenant finding we can help you meet your other landlord obligations such as annual gas safety inspections and EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates),
as well as things that are not legal requirements but which are very sensible in today's legal climate, such as electrical safety tests and fire safety precautions.
